About Senior Pastor
Toronta L. Branch-Neely
Toronta Lashon Branch- Neely’s life is a testament to the power
of faith and perseverance. Born to the Late James and Allie Branch of
Newsoms, Virginia, she is the youngest of nineteen children. Raised in
a strong faith-based household, Toronta accepted Christ at fifteen and
has since dedicated her life to serving God and her community. With
over thirty years in ministry, Toronta’s passion for discipleship has
only grown stronger. She is a devoted wife to Dr. Frank Neely, a
compassionate leader, and a powerful preacher, using her experiences
to teach, lead, and inspire others. Together they have a total of eight
children.
Toronta served for nearly nine years with the International
Congress of Leaders Apostolic and Pastoral Alliance under the
leadership of Chief Apostle A. Pittman, Sr., where she was licensed as
a Minister. In 2017, she was ordained as an Evangelist by New
Covenant Life Christian Ministry. She currently serves within a
fellowship of churches dedicated to collaborative ministry and
spiritual growth, including Transform and Deliver Fellowship
Ministries under Chief Apostle Outlaw and Jehovah Shaamah City of
Praise Ministries under Chief Apostle Hence.
Through The Wall Ministry, Toronta is living her mission to usher souls to Christ
and empower her community through prayer and service. Her heart’s posture remains,
‘Where you lead me, I will follow,’ a declaration of her deep commitment to live for
Christ. In 2020, during a profound moment of prayer and intercession for a family
member, Toronta received a divine calling. She was inspired to establish a group called
Watchmen on the Wall, built on the empowering principle of 'We don't tear you down,
we build you back up.' This ministry is dedicated to praying and interceding for families
and loved ones in need of deliverance and healing, and it evolved into The Wall Ministry
a year later.
With a passion for community outreach and support, The Wall Ministry offers a
range of services, including drive-thru prayers, to provide healing, deliverance, and
empowerment to those in need. In a heartening display of community spirit, the Wall
Ministry has donated two vehicles to families who need them most. Her most cherished
scripture is: “For I have raised you up for this very purpose, that I might show you my
power and my name might be proclaimed in all the earth.”
Exodus 9:16
